2. Account Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years old or of legal working age in your country.
  
  
• Capable of entering into binding agreements.
  
  

3. Selling on Veenda

Creators may:

• Offer services as video creators or micro influencers.
  
  
• Set their own prices and delivery timelines.
  
  
• Receive payments only after confirmed delivery.
  
  

Veenda may moderate content for clarity, quality, or violations of these terms.

4. Buying on Veenda

Buyers may:

• Purchase ready-made gigs or request custom projects.
  
  
• Communicate clearly with creators before and during a project.
  
  
• Release payment only upon satisfactory delivery.
  
  

5. Fees & Payments

• Veenda charges a service fee from each transaction.
  
  
• Payments are held in escrow and released to creators after the buyer confirms delivery.
  
  
• Veenda supports secure online payments via Flutterwave and other integrated gateways.
  
  

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are available if:

• The creator fails to deliver the agreed work.
  
  
• The work delivered does not meet the scope or quality stated in the agreement.
  
  
• Buyers must submit proof within 7 days of delivery.
  
  

All refund disputes are reviewed by the Veenda team. Veenda’s decision is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use Veenda for scams, adult content, or any illegal services.
  
  
• Circumvent the platform by transacting outside Veenda.
  
  
• Abuse the messaging system or harass users.
  
  

Accounts violating this may be suspended or terminated without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

Buyers receive full rights to completed work after payment is released, unless otherwise stated. Veenda is not responsible for misuse of delivered content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Veenda is not liable for:
