Refund Policy

We understand that not every project works out. Here’s how Veenda handles refunds:

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • The creator did not deliver the agreed content.

  • The work is significantly different from what was promised.

  • There is no communication from the creator after payment.

Refund Process:

  1. Submit a refund request via your dashboard within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide clear evidence of the issue (chat, file, or service mismatch).

  3. Veenda will review and respond within 5 business days.

If approved, the refund will be returned to your Veenda wallet or original payment method.

Note: Refunds are not issued simply because you change your mind after receiving work that meets the agreed scope.
